ByShelves has the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time and we do not have to contact you or inform you of these changes, while you are bound thereby.
The purpose of this application is to provide a simple and convenient service to consumers, linking them to libraries/bookstores in their area. We have created the application to serve as a book hub online market.
ByShelves Application is a commercial service for delivery online.ByShelves Application does not sell or interfere in any way in the production of any product listed in the shops. What this online market offers to users is only the ability to search for and find local shops that deliver to their addresses and enable ordering this product through this online market. The shops are obligated to comply with country-specific laws, rules, regulations, sales, marketing, and safety.
Once you have added the products from the menu of your chosen library/bookstore, you will be given the opportunity to submit your order by clicking on the “Place Order” button. You will be transferred then to the “Confirm Order’ page, where you will be able to review your chosen delivery address and select the date/time slot for delivery. Please note it is important that you check the information that you enter and correct any errors before clicking on the “Confirm” button since once you click on this input errors cannot be corrected. Upon receipt of your order, ByShelves Application will begin processing your order; you can track the status of your order from the “My Order” option.
You have the right to cancel an order up to 5 minutes from placing the order on our application. While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel any order that is based on inaccurate information. Orders can be canceled by reaching the ByShelves Help Desk through the "Contact us" button .
An order may be subsequently cancelled by a shop after you have received confirmation that it has been sent to the shop. ByShelves Application and our partner shops reserve the right to cancel any selected products.
Any cancellation, return, or refund of items or orders shall be in accordance with the consumer protection laws and regulations applicable in Qatar.
ByShelves takes user satisfaction very seriously. In the case of problems with your order, please contact us on our contact number and we will assist you. In appropriate cases, if you have already been billed by ByShelves on behalf of the shop, ByShelves will issue full or partial refunds. In the following cases: if you did not receive your order or received an incorrect order, you may be issued a full refund; if part of your order is missing, we may issue a partial refund. In every event, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
